Rusted out mower deck, all 3 pulleys and blades were bad.

Removed all rust, installed a plate over a rust hole, repaired multiple cracks, used rubberized undercoat for extra protection and painted it to match the mower. Reinstalled the restored deck with new pulleys and blades! 

Worn out hub seized to the wheel end / spindle! Had to cut it off!

Cleaned and inspected the spindle. Installed new hub and it was good to go!

Dirty horse trailer with misc loose components and damaged DOT tape.

Pressure washed inside and out. Inspected the trailer for any serious issues. Replaced old DOT tape and tightened some loose components.

Horrible Exhaust leak! Manifold bolts were seized into the engine and broke off! 

Removed the old manifold, cleaned the surface, welded nuts to the broken bolts to get them out. Installed new manifold and gasket on both sides of the engine! 

Rotting wood floor and rusting frame work.

Removed old flooring. Cleaned rust from the trailer frame. Painted the underside of the frame to protect against future rusting. Repurposed wood used for a different project to save the owner money!

Fabricated a mount to install a wench on the back of a Polaris. The owner wanted to use it for hunting, to lift the deer into the bed of the vehicle!
